Alto da Coutada Wind Farm

This Wind Farm is located in Serra da Padrela, occupying two districts – Vila Pouca de Aguiar and Valpaços. It has fifty one 2000 kw windmills which represents 102 MW of installed power and the production of 250 GWh/year.

 

It’s connected with the public electricity grid trough Caves Substation, located 25 km away from the wind farm substation.
